The D-Day Overlord association (association under the 1901 law) is committed to developing remembrance tourism in Normandy alongside regional players. It participates in the organisation of commemorations of the D-Day landings and the Battle of Normandy through inaugurations and wreath laying in the presence and remembrance of the men and women of D-Day.

The creation of books, documentaries, websites and films devoted to the history of the D-Day landings and the Battle of Normandy are supported financially, historically and technically by the D-Day Overlord association.

It also proposes to pay tribute to the Commonwealth soldiers killed and buried in Normandy by sponsoring one or more graves.
